This is a city where the people live basically of the mines of manganese. The mines are in the mountain and for getting in there the miners catch a system of rusty cable cars. There's a corrupt city and the miners charge very little, the people are poor and old the family works in the mines. The houses are old and are broken for the explosions of the mine, many do not electricity.
